The Great Texas River Cleanup - the San Marcos River
March 3rd - meet in City Park at 10 am to take on and clean the first 2 miles of the river.  Call if you have questions 512-353-3946.  There are other sections you may participate on if you have your own watercraft - call Tom Goynes for that information 512-392-6171.  A free BBQ dinner will be provided after the cleanup at Shady Grove Campground.  Free camping will be available, also.  Come join us!

Kajun Custom Kayak Company

Corey, Mike, Andrew, and Gaines: Mike Schlimgen is guiding the Kajun Custom Kayak fellas fishing on the San Marcos River for 2 days. All four are using the K 12 fishing kayak, which you can purchase at TGCK, while perched in the high seat position. They'll be catching bass, sunfish, perch, and alligator gar.
