| The New 3 Tier Drop - Rio Vista Dam It's a great swimming, tubing, and whitewater kayak area. Our canoes and kayaks do not run this section. The granite rocks on the right of the wave train and the narrow opening of the second drop offer little room for error. We portage left. |

| WE ARE AN ALCOHOL-FREE CANOE/KAYAK CONCESSION. Our rental area covers a section of the San Marcos River from City Park in San Marcos to San Marcos River Retreat (www.sanmarcosriverretreat.com). This includes canoe trips of 2, 5, and 7 miles. We do not rent after 1 pm to ensure you will make the 5 pm take out time. All participants must be 7 years and older. |
Tentative reservations can be made by phone. To confirm a reservation, a
deposit needs to be received in advance. Cash, checks, M/C, Discover, or
Visa are accepted. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF CANCELLATION
IS EIGHT DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE RESERVED DATE.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN EIGHT DAYS OF THE RESERVATION DATE WILL
FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT ON EACH WATERCRAFT CANCELLED. The
deposit will be refunded if bad weather conditions exist IN OUR AREA (NOT
YOURS) or if flood conditions exist on our part of the San Marcos River.

| SHUTTLE INFORMATION |
We will shuttle your personal watercraft for a fee of $15.00 per boat.
Shuttles to Staples are $20.00 per boat. Shuttles further down river are
priced according to distance. Call to reserve a time for your shuttle.

| YOU PAY FOR DAMAGES |
You are responsible for the return of all rented equipment in good condition.
In the event of accidental damage, the damaged equipment must be
returned. You will be charged for the repair of the damage up to a maximum
of $600.00 per boat rented. You will be charged the full replacement cost of
all lost equipment regardless of the situation in which it occurred. If you are
negligent and or intentionally jeopardize and damage the equipment, you will
be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.

T G Canoes and Kayaks' last take-out time is 5:00 P.M. All canoes and
kayaks must be off the water by then. This take-out time is important to
maintain the safety of all our clients. A fee of $25.00 PER HOUR for each
watercraft will be collected to cover the cost of searching and waiting for
those who do not make the 5:00 p.m. take-out time. Please choose a river
trip that fits well within the time allowed for your full enjoyment and safety.
